Terms & Conditions of Booking
Taxes:
All rates are shown with 12% tax included for your convenience. There are no other charges unless clearly stated.
U.S Funds:
All prices are quoted in U.S. funds.
Confirming a Reservation:
When we receive your reservation request and provided that the dates that you request are available we will temporarily reserve the villa in your name. Deposit is required when we confirm that the date is available.
A Deposit of 50% plus a $50.00 clean out fee is required to confirm the reservation. This deposit can be paid by credit card via Paypal or by bank wire transfer please email for wire transfer instructions. Keep in mind that the deposit is non refundable.
The balance of your payment is due 14 days prior to arrival.
Check in and check out:
Check OUT is at 11AM. (Unless there are no guests arriving the same day and client request a late check out.)
Check IN is at 3PM (Unless property is unoccupied and client requests early check in).
Keys & Security Alarm Remote Controls:
You may collect your keys from our grounds keeper.
Full details of the key collection and how to enter the casa will be supplied when the final payment for your reservation has been made. There will be a $50.00 charge for lost keys.
Maximum Occupancy:
Casa de los Amigos sleeps a maximum of six adults. We do not accept a higher occupancy than this.
We reserve the right to cancel your reservation should more than six adults be resident in the property.
Linens & Utensils:
Casa de los Amigos is fully equipped with all the cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery you should require. All bed linen and towels are supplied. We do not supply beach towels and we kindly request that the towels in the villa are not used for the beach.
Children:
Due to certain design aspects of the house, ie roof balcony and stairways, the owners would point out that Casa de los Amigos may be unsuitable for very young children.
We also request that children are properly supervised and not allowed to climb on the furniture, etc.
Pets:
We do not allow clients to bring pets to the villa.
Smoking:
We require smoking at the Casa be done in the outside areas.
Liability:
Payment of your deposit is deemed as full and final acceptance of our Terms & Conditions of Booking for Casa de los Amigos.
As part of these booking conditions you are undertaking to indemnify the owners and agents of Casa de los Amigos against any claim for liability for loss of personal property or belongings, personal injury or death or any claim whatsoever resulting from your residence of Casa de los Amigos.
We strongly advise that clients take out comprehensive insurance for their vacation, including full medical and repatriation insurance.
Contract:
These Terms & Conditions form a Contract between the owners and the renters. As such, this contract shall be construed and governed in all respects by US Law, and all disputes arising under or relating to this contract shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of the United States.
We reserve the right to vary or change these Terms & Conditions without notice.
