Can I have extra maid service?
Yes, we can have that arranged for you. You would be responsible for paying her when you are there.

Does the roof top and the terrace over look the sea?
Yes. The house faces Cancun. You are just a stones through from the water. You can see the turquoise water and fishing boats easily.

Are there laundry facilities at the house?
Yes, both a washer and dryer are at the casa. .

Can I flush toilet paper?
Yes, our casa is able to accommodate the flushing of toilet paper as normal. Please DO NOT flush diapers or sanitary napkins.

Are there towels and linens supplied?
There is a supply of bed linen and towels. The beds will be made up and the towels out when you arrive. Please bring your own beach towels.

The property manager is Fredy. He has a restaurant on Hidalgo near the north end of the street, his cell number is 0449982284577. This is how you must dial when you are on the island.

Where do I deposit garbage?
Set your garbage outside the gate to the left. The garbage truck usually comes a couple times a week. Please make sure you tie it up, thank you.

Can I bring my pet?
Sorry, we do not allow pets at the Casa.

Can I smoke in the Casa?
We would truly appreciate it if you smoked outside the Casa. Thank you in advance.

Are there screens on the windows?
Yes all windows in the Casa have screens installed.

Is the property wheelchair accessible?
Sorry, at this time the Casa is not disability friendly.
