The casa is located at the south end of the island, also known as Punta Sur, which means South Point. In the evening you can enjoy beautiful sunsets from the roof top Jacuzzi. After the sun has set there is a magnificent view of the lights of Cancun with the shoreline of the mainland.

The villa has three floors with a spiral staircase in the middle.
- 1 bedroom on main floor with queen bed and full bath.
- 1 bedroom second level with twin beds and full bath.
- 1 bedroom on second level, with king bed and full bath.
- There is a lovely terrace off the two bedrooms on the second floor. Great place to visit and enjoy the ocean view.
- Dining is a treat with one spacious indoor dining room and one outdoor terrace dining area, or enjoy your meals pool side.
- Kitchen is fully equipped with all the comforts of home including a dishwasher.
- Electric stove & counter top elements, fridge, freezer & microwave, coffee maker, blender & fresh water cooler provided.
- Cable TV with multiple English speaking channels.
- CD, DVD and Ipod player makes for easy connection to MP3 player and most other audio devices. Plus a modem for Internet connection.
- Also includes washer & dryer. All linens and bathroom towels are provided. PLEASE bring your own beach towels!
