Villa Description

First Floor:
Consists of one bedroom, with queen bed and full bathroom. A living room and dining room which overlooks the huge tiled pool and provides direct access for a fee flowing traffic patter. Palm trees planted in front of the property enable nice privacy while relaxing in the pool area or dining. A fully fitted kitchen includes refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, double sink, oven top mounted stove with range hood, microwave and granite counter tops. Full range of cooking utensils, pots and pans all the things you need to make yourself at home in the kitchen.

 

	The laundry room is on this floor and has a stackable washer/dryer. We would request that you don't over do the laundry as we have a septic tank. The spiral staircase leads to the second floor.

Second Floor:
Consists of two bedrooms each with their own full bath and plenty of closet space to hang your things. One bedroom has a king size bed and the other has two twin beds. Both bedrooms lead onto a large sun terrace. There you will find a couple of loungers and a table that seats 6. The terrace over looks the pool area and nice views of Punta Sur area. The cool air from the ceiling fans will soon have you asleep on a lounger.

The spiral staircase leads to the third floor.

The Top Terrace:
Consists of a large deck area and is partially shaded by a Palapa. The terrace has stunning views across the Mar Turquesa (turquoise sea) to Cancun. The opposite direction affords views of the Mar Caribe (Caribbean Sea). A large 6 person Jacuzzi partially shaded by the palapa. The terrace will bring to you many evenings of beautiful sunsets and the lights of Cancun. You will enjoy this space. Some of the most beautiful sunsets in the world can be seen from up here.
